Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Quiltvale (com.ruicodex.quiltvale), published by RuiCodex. By installing or playing the game you accept them. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Licence
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the game. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it.
Free game and optional purchases
The four free biomes, the endless quilt, the 12 pattern challenges, the weekly Pattern Fair and the taster quilts of both expansions are free to play as often as you like. The optional purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: fabric sets (cosmetic), the Fjordknit and Frostvale biome expansions, the Bronze, Silver and Gold patron thimbles (cosmetic thank-you extras) and the Full Sewing Chest (all four fabric sets and both expansions). No purchase changes scores, wishes or the Pattern Fair. Purchases are tied to your store account and can be restored in Settings > Restore purchases. Prices are shown by the store before you buy. Refunds follow the rules of Google Play or the App Store.
Thimbles, threads and rosettes
Thimbles, thread, ranks and rosettes are earned only by playing. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money.
No ads
Quiltvale shows no advertising of any kind.
The game and updates
The game is provided "as is". We may update, change or remove features, for example to fix problems or balance the game. The weekly Pattern Fair follows your device's date. Do not tamper with the app or its purchases.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
